Kalima Tayyaba is the first and most fundamental of the six Kalimas of Islam. It is known as the "Pure Word" or the "Word of Purity." This kalima encapsulates the entire foundation of Islamic belief: Tawheed (Oneness of Allah) and Risala (Prophethood of Muhammad PBUH). A Muslim recites this kalima daily in Salah, and it is whispered in the ear of newborns and upon the dying. This simple yet profound declaration is what distinguishes a believer from a non-believer.
Surah Muhammad (47:19) - So know that there is no deity except Allah.
Surah As-Saffat (37:35) - Indeed, when it was said to them: There is no deity except Allah, they were arrogant.
- حضور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: جس نے اخلاص کے ساتھ لا الٰہ الا اللہ کہا وہ جنت میں داخل ہوگا۔ (بخاری شریف)
- یہ کلمہ تمام عبادتوں کا خلاصہ ہے اور اس کے پڑھنے سے گناہ معاف ہوتے ہیں۔
- اسلام کا بنیادی کلمہ ہے اور نومسلم کے لیے اسلام قبول کرنے کی دلیل ہے۔
- قیامت کے دن یہ کلمہ ترازو میں سب سے بھاری ہوگا۔
